Free Registration
Parking: There will be reserved parking in Lot #3 for all HBCU/College Representatives, HBCU Alumni, Vendors and Presenters participating in the College Fair. Unfortunately, there is no quick access from the parking lot to the building. We highly encourage you to transport all of your items in a cart on wheels or use a dolly. Please refer to the attached Llano Wellness Center Bldg - Northeast Lakeview College Campus Map attached for the location of the facility and the designated parking lot.
Vendor Set Up: Plan to arrive at 7:30am to give yourself plenty of time to set up. Upon arrival at the Llano Wellness Center Building, you must check in with event staff to receive a table assignment which includes one (1) 6-foot or /8-foot tables and two (2) chairs. The Llano Wellness Center building (WLNS) is a double gym facility with ample room for social distancing. Electrical outlets are extremely limited in the facility; therefore, outlets will be provided on a first come first serve basis according to this registration form. You will need to provide your own extension cord(s) and power strip(s). The College Fair will start promptly at 9:00am.
Student Participation: Students will be provided an opportunity to register online in advance or register at designated registration tables. Please bring freshman and transfer materials for your institution since our event caters to first year students and transfer students from Northeast Lakeview College (if applicable). Last year, more than 1,500 students and parents attended this event who represented all of the larger school districts in the San Antonio area.
Promotional/Marketing Items: Students love giveaways! Please bring any promotional items such as t-shirts, pens, water bottles, pennants, or other items that can be distributed at your booth during the College Fair.
