Project Big Vote Civic Academy appeared on the San Antonio Alumni Chapter's calendar for September 15, 2026, at New Creation Christian Fellowship in Windcrest. The workshop was scheduled for 6:30–8:30 p.m. and focused on voter education, registration and community participation.
The program description encouraged participants to understand how government and elections affect their communities, identify reliable election information and address barriers to voting. It also encouraged Volunteer Deputy Registrar involvement and partnerships supporting voter-registration drives.
