The San Antonio Alumni Chapter's civic engagement calendar highlighted an August 17, 2026, Volunteer Deputy Registrar training opportunity offered by the Get Out The Vote Coalition in coordination with the Bexar County Elections Office. The virtual session was scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Zoom.
The certification class was intended for people interested in registering eligible Texas residents to vote. County certification equips volunteers to perform that work and understand the responsibilities that come with it. The opportunity supported preparations for community voter-registration outreach ahead of the fall election season.
